Description
Popup notifications, such as @mentions and email confirmation reminders, do not display on custom Layout Editor pages.
These popup notifications will continue to work as expected when:
- viewing a non-custom layout page
- when using legacy layouts
Workaround
No known workaround at this time.

- Severity: Moderate
- Resolution: Partially resolved in 2023.022 release. Email confirmation popups now display on Layout Editor, but other Notification popups do not.
