Description
In Analytics, when you download aĀ CSV fileĀ of a Discussions chart, the exported CSV file displays theĀ discussion IDs,Ā rather than the discussion names, as expected.
In Analytics charts, the discussion names displayā¦
ā¦but when you open the downloaded CSV file, theĀ Discussion NameĀ column contains the IDs.
Workaround
Because the numbers in theĀ Discussion NameĀ column are theĀ discussion IDs, you can still use them to access the corresponding discussion.
Insert the discussion ID into your community's "discussion URL" as follows:
<yourCommunity.com>/discussion/<ID>
So, to view the first discussion listed in the example CSV file (from the Success community), the URL is:
https://success.vanillaforums.com/discussion/1822
āļøĀ TIP: Discussion IDs always precede the discussion name and are sufficient to find the discussion.

This is still happening as of June-17-2024:
Checked on August-29-2024 and noticed that there are still discussionIDs in the export and in the charts but noted that those seem to be related toĀ deleted discussions.
